Humming Around

This is a Fine line tattoo design that incorporates a little color. I really think just a little bit of color can really elevate any tattoo design. I used a complimentary color scheme for this design (red and green.) During this tattoo it was crucial for me to really ensure a smooth transition from the red to the green in the neck and body area to give it a nice and delicate look. I also incorporated a slight increase in line thickness in areas like the lower belly and bottom tail, just to help give the design a little bit of flow. Done with a 3rl and you guessed it, a 9 curved mag.
